Zune MAX was born on 07/10/2006 after I read an internet marketing article posted in the Namepros.com forums. I read about the release of a new portable media player that was dubbed the “iPod Killer” from Microsoft and the device name was to be Zune. I did not own an mp3 player nor was I really big into online music but I went shopping online for some Zune related domain names and to build a website all about the Zune just to see what happened.

I built a website but soon realized I needed something more than just a simple Zune website so on 07/22/2006 I upgraded to a new Wordpress weblog where I began to blog about the Zune and collect as much Zune news as I could. After learning more about what the Zune was going to be I decided to open the new Zune Forums and become a part of the Zune Community. Microsoft is big on building a community of Zune users and I think its a great idea. Zune MAX aims to become everything Zune with news, reviews and the Zune forum. We also have an online store where we sell Zune players and Zune accessories including headsets, mobile chargers and car kits for installing Zune players in your automobile.

Zune offers digital audio and video playback and is much more than just another mp3 player. We have lots of Zune downloads for you including music downloads and movies in the Zune Media Center and we’re always adding more. The Zune music video player has a 3 inch screen with landscape widescreen format video and we have a Zune video converter for downloading your DVD collection to Zune video format
